2020 Burien Film Festival submissions for the Hyperlocal Burien and International Open Contests will be judged on the following criteria:

•  Production Value 

  • Writing

  • Lighting 

  • Sound

  • Scenery and props

  • Quality of performances

  • Editing

• Best Director

• Best Cinematography

• Best Actor

• Best Lighting

• Best Sound

• Best Screenplay

Hyperlocal Burien 5 - 7 Minute Short Film Awards:

2nd Place - $250

3rd Place - $100
